It is the policy of the College to require payment or arrangements for payment of all semester charges 10 calendar days prior to the start of the semester.
Failure to make payment in full or arrangements for payment 10 days prior to the start of the semester will result in the cancellation of the student's registration. Students will then need to re-register and make payment or arrangements for payment providing that the course(s) still has space available. |

NHCTC Student Information System
To Log On: Your user ID is your social
security number (or the 9-digit student ID number, @xxxxxxxx, we generated for
you if you did not provide us with your SSN).
* If you have not
used the SIS before, your initial PIN is either your 6-digit date of birth
(mmddyy) or the last 6 digits of your user ID. When
you log in for the first time, you will be required to reset your PIN and set up
a security question. Your "old" PIN is the PIN you just used to log in. Your new
pin must be a six digit number. Keep in mind that your security question will
allow you to reset your PIN in the event that you forget it - it will NOT remind
you of the actual PIN number. Use a question whose
answer will never change, and remember that security question answers are case-sensitive. Please
protect your privacy and the privacy of others - do not share your PIN with
anyone else.
Please note the following items about schedules and grades:
- Day and evening schedules are subject to change up until the day classes begin. If you need to change your schedule, please see your advisor.
- Grades are available online at the end of each semester. Please note that current semester and Cumulative Grade Point Averages are not recalculated until the end of each semester in August, December and May. If you require official grade documentation, please contact the Registrar’s Office at 524-3207.
