DISTANCE LEARNING & BLACKBOARD HELP

Distance Learning is a means of taking college courses without having to attend classes, and it allows you to take classes when it is convenient for your schedule! Online support is available 24/7 from the System Support Team. Visit the online support pages for answers to commonly asked Q & A about Blackboard.

Visit the on-line learning page for a System-wide list of 100% Online Courses, and the basic technology skills required to take an online course.

Distance learning classes require strong time management skills, as well as self-discipline. Because students don’t attend a traditional class does not mean that they don’t have homework, tests and deadlines.

NHCTC-Laconia uses BlackBoard to teach classes. This easy to use platform enables students' access to learning 24/7. Before signing up for a distance learning class, it is recommended that students attend a free workshop on how to access their class using BlackBoard.

BlackBoard assistance will be available in Room 105 of the CAT building, from September 4 through September 13.
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 4 - 5 p.m. Questions about Blackboard should be directed to Sann Lavallee.

For more information, please call Sann Lavallee at 524-3207 or send e-mail to: slavallee@.ccsnh.edu
